Returns

Due to the nature of custom decorated apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at contact@MiatiEmbroidery.com

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at contact@MiatiEmbroidery.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, exchange, or credit.

 All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.


Samples

Miati Embroidery custom decorates every order to our customer’s specifications. However, we do not make, assemble, or manufacture the garments themselves, so we cannot guarantee that the physical garments as sized will meet your needs.

To help you decide on the correct garment sizes needed for your order, we can provide you with as much sizing and product information as the manufacturer provides to us.

There are far too many brands and styles available to keep samples of each on hand. Not only is it not cost-effective, but Fashion changes all the time. If you are concerned about the size and fit of a particular item, let us know. Most manufacturers have Size Charts and Spec Sheets on their products. Should you absolutely need us to order samples of particular styles or sizes, we'll do our best to accommodate you, depending on the manufacturer's policies. Most of the time, up to 3 size samples can be ordered to allow you, our customer, to select the correct sizes needed for your group order. Size samples for small individual orders are not available unless paid for at MSRP.

Samples must be returned in “new” condition, within 10 days of receipt, if not being used to fulfill an order. Samples returned damaged, dirty, or after 10 days, will be invoiced at MSRP. Any samples returned without being used to fulfill an order are subject to a supplier return shipping fee.

Ultimately the customer is responsible to order the correct size garment. Miati Embroidery does not accept returns or provide free replacements on ordered items that are custom decorated and are tagged by the manufacturer with the correct size ordered by the customer.


REORDERS:

We allow reorders at your original price, if placed within two weeks of your initial order. (Applies to group quantity orders only). After that time period, your price goes back to being based on the quantity reordered and not the original quantity.
